Today I am going to tell you about a great scientist, aeronautical engineer, missile man of India and 11th president of Indian Republic. His name is A.P. J. Abdul Kalam. So my dear friends are you excited and ready to know everything about him. So let's know every aspect of his life.

Introduction -

Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam was born into a middle- class Tamil family in the island town of Rameshwaram in the erstwhile Madras state.

Avul Pakir Jainulabdeenn Abdul Kalam was an Indian aerospace scientist and statesman. Who served India as the 11 president from 25 July 2002 to 25 July 2007. Kalam was born and raised in Rameshwaram Tamilnadu and studied physics and aerospace engineering.

Kalam was born on 15 October 1931 Rameshwaram and died 27 July 2015 Shillong Meghalaya.

Kalam spent his next 4 decades as a scientist and science administrator mainly in the DRDO and ISRO and intimately involved in India's civilion space programme and military missile development efforts. He thus came to know n as Missile Man Of India . His works on the development or ballistic missile and launch vehicle technology. Kalam also played an important and pivotal role in India's pokhran2 nuclear test in 1998. The first nuclear test was done in 1974 by Indra Gandi's Government.

Abdul Kalam's Education -

In his school years, Kalam had average grades but was described as a bright and hardworking student who had a strong desire to learn. He spent hours on his studies, especially. After completing his education at the Schwartz Higher Secondary School, Ramanathapuram, Kalam went on to attend St. Joseph College, Tiruchirappalli. Then attended MIT. Madras Institute Of Technology where he graduated with an aerospace engineering degree. In MIT, Kalam did many his life best projects that helped him to get free scholarship Education in MIT.

Abdul Kalam's Family -

His father Jainulabdeen Marakayar, was a boat owner and iman of a local mosque; his mother Ashiamma was a housewife. His father owned a ferry that took Hindu pilgrims back and forth between Rameshwaram and the now uninhabited Dhanuskodi, Kalam was the youngest of four brothers and one sister in his family. Kalam died on 27 July 2015 in Shillong, Meghalaya.
